I am embarking on my second career as a mental health professional after a move from San Francisco. Working as a First Responder gave me the opportunity to help people from all walks of like and inspired me to pursue a degree in mental health counseling and substance abuse. Prior to my career as a First Responder, I was a Division I soccer player and served as an environmental volunteer in Madagascar with the Peace Corps. All of my experiences culminate into my compassionate and bold style of therapy. I am available to work with individuals 14+, couples and families and I'm taking new clients now. I specialize in sports performance and mental health for athletes, substance use, stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, burn-out and self confidence.
