My name is Kaela Delmont, I am a MSW intern through Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. During the school year, I am a full time school social worker for grades 6-8. I have a unique passion and skill set to work with youth on becoming the best versions of themselves. Pulling from DBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques, I work with youth to transform their daily lives to feel confident in who they are and feel in control of their emotions and decisions. I strive to create a space and therapeutic relationship that is safe and inclusive for all.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our cats at home either binge watching a show or cooking together. I also enjoy going on walks around our community and playing pickleball!
