Tyler Zgodava, MA, is a mental health therapist who earned his Master’s degree in Counseling from Adler Graduate School in 2025. He specializes in working with kids and teens ages 10 and up, supporting clients dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and performance challenges—including sports psychology and test anxiety.

Before becoming a therapist, Tyler was a former award-winning tap dancer and tap teacher, an experience that shapes his creative, movement-friendly approach to helping young people express themselves. Outside the office, Tyler enjoys playing and watching basketball and is currently training his dog, Bobby, to become a therapy dog.

Tyler’s office is known for its warm, calming, and fun atmosphere—an inviting space where clients can feel safe, relaxed, and free to be themselves. He sees his role as a therapist as an opportunity to truly get to know his clients, help them understand their “whys,” walk with them through their grief, build coping skills that genuinely work, and overcome performance anxiety. Tyler brings empathy, curiosity, and a down-to-earth approach to every session, supporting his clients in finding confidence and clarity as they grow. Tyler is supervised by Jennifer Kokes, LPCC #1277.
